Together For Hospice and Vital Pharmacies Partnership
In 2026, Together For Hospice is proud to partner with Vital Pharmacies, who have chosen Together For Hospice as their charity partner for the year. With more than 120 pharmacies nationwide, Vital Pharmacies are making a meaningful difference in communities across Ireland by supporting their local hospice.
Throughout the year, Vital Pharmacies are getting behind two of our flagship fundraising campaigns — Hospice Sunflower Days and Ireland’s Biggest Coffee Morning for Hospice — helping to raise essential funds and awareness for hospice and palliative care. This partnership brings together pharmacies and their local communities to support the invaluable work of hospices, ensuring patients and their families can access compassionate care and support when they need it most.
